Prize Draw Rules

Every month, Orbit Collectors Club runs a monthly prize draw for active members and valid free postal entries.
These rules explain how the draw works, how to enter, how winners are selected and how prizes are claimed.
1. Promoter
The promoter of the monthly prize draw is MSTX Holdings LTD, trading as Orbit Collectors Club.

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees, contractors or immediate family members of MSTX Holdings LTD may not enter.
3. Member entry
Every active paying Orbit Collectors Club member is automatically entered into the monthly prize draw.
Membership must be active and paid up to date at the time entries are processed.
Each active paying member receives one entry per monthly draw.
4. Free postal entry
No purchase is necessary.
UK residents may enter the monthly prize draw free of charge by post.
To enter by post, send a postcard or letter containing:
- full name;
- postal address;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- the words “Orbit Collectors Club Monthly Prize Draw Entry”.

5. Postal entry deadline
Postal entries must arrive no later than the 10th day of each month to be included in that month’s draw.
Entries received after the 10th day of the month may be excluded from that month’s draw.
6. Entry limits
Only one free postal entry per person per calendar month is permitted.
Free postal entries have exactly the same chance of winning as entries received through active Orbit Collectors Club membership.
Bulk, automated, duplicate, incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
7. Draw date
The monthly prize draw will take place on or around the 15th day of each month.
If the 15th falls on a weekend, bank holiday or during an operational delay, the draw may take place as soon as reasonably possible afterwards.
8. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received for that month.
The draw will include both active member entries and valid free postal entries.
9. Prize
The monthly prize will be announced by Orbit Collectors Club.
The current plan is for the monthly prize to be an Elite Trainer Box or another Pokémon-focused collector prize.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
There is no cash alternative unless expressly stated.
10. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details held on their member account or supplied with their postal entry.
Winners may also be announced on Orbit Collectors Club’s official social media channels.
11. Claiming the prize
Winners have 28 calendar days from the date we first contact them to claim their prize.
If a winner does not claim the prize within 28 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited and returned to the Orbit Collectors Club prize pool.
12. Public announcements
We may publish limited winner information, such as first name, surname initial, town, social media handle or a winner photograph where permission is given.
We will not publish sensitive personal information.
13. Fair play
We reserve the right to reject entries or withhold prizes where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, duplicate entry, automated entry, false information or manipulation of the draw.
14. Changes or cancellation
We may change, pause or cancel the monthly prize draw if required due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, legal requirements, operational issues or suspected abuse.
Where possible, we will communicate significant changes clearly.
15. Data protection
Personal information provided for the prize draw will be used to administer the draw, contact winners, send prizes, keep promotional records and comply with legal obligations.
