Physical rewards bought with points. Completed orders leave this queue automatically.

No Member Selected
Testing Tools
Search a test member, reset their event tickets or check-ins, and force Active/Pending states without using raw backend URLs.
Reset Ticket Claims lets the member claim the same event again. Reset Check-Ins keeps tickets but clears door-scan history.
Send one non-payment magic-link test email to an address you control. The send is recorded in the Communications log.
Turn fake Royal Mail labels on/off here without touching Render. When active, Orbit bypasses ShipEngine and spends £0.
Create complete test members directly in Orbit OS with address, route, stage and optional monthly pack.
Fulfilment History
This area is now reserved for shipped/fulfilled parcels, tracking numbers and postage-label lookup by member name or member number. Active work has moved to Shipping.

Every member is subscribed automatically unless they use a valid unsubscribe link. Essential service emails are never disabled here.

Resend-powered Orbit emails, templates and delivery history.
Live Website Publishing
Replace storefront images from Orbit OS. Saving publishes the new revision to the live Shopify website.
My Orbit Content
Controls the current draw, next month preview and Golden Ticket shown inside the Members Area.
These previews load automatically when you open Monthly Content and update as image URLs change.
Business intelligence
See cash received, membership growth, ticket sales and the next first-of-month rebill forecast without opening separate services.
Monthly cash position

Resend

The scanner depends on a healthy backend and MongoDB connection before a ticket can be checked in.
Testing
Recovery tools and simulations belong in Testing, away from normal operations.
Launch Reset
Clears internal Orbit OS operational data before final launch testing. It preserves templates, monthly content, product mappings, event configuration, settings, automation rules and shipping configuration.
Preserved internal collections: Load preview to confirm.
Member Messages
Read member messages, review open conversations and reply from Orbit Command Centre. Buttons now show working states while loading.
Eventbrite
Pull upcoming Orbit events from Eventbrite, review member visibility, and prepare member ticket claims.
Attendance
Monitor all ticket sources, live check-ins, door attendance and event revenue for each prepared event.
Ticket Operations
Search permanent Orbit ticket-order records, resend issued tickets and repair fulfilment safely. This module contains no member parcel controls.
